Clinics
These Mersey tryout clinics are aimed at getting kids familiar with the tryout process.
Players will be prepared by practicing the techniques evaluators will assess.
At these free Mersey Clinics the kids will be introduced to the drills and routines used at the tryouts . 
The Mersey Soccer Club tryout clinics serve as a means to making each player more comfortable in the testing environment.

Tryouts

 

Tryouts are open to boys who wish to be a part of the Mersey Soccer Club's traveling team program. They are offered to ages 8 through 13 years.and include players who turn  14* years old after July31st.
Scheduled for February at either Martin Luther King Middle School on Hopkins in Berkeley or *Tom Bates field (Gilman Berkeley). 
In the event of rain,tryouts may need to be rescheduled from King grass field 
 
u-8 players should tryout for the u-9 team     Saturday 11th 11:30-1:00 King      Date of Birth Aug 1st 2003-July 31 2004  

u-9 players should tryout for the u-10 team  Saturday 11th 1:30-3:00 King      Date of Birth Aug 1st 2002-July 31 2003                                                              

u-10 players should tryout for the u-11 team  Sunday  12th 1:00-2:30 King       Date of Birth Aug 1st  2001- July 31st 2002

u-11 players should tryout for the u-12 team  Sunday 12th 1:00-2:30 King        August 1st 2000-July 31st  2001

u-12 players should tryout for the u-13 team  Sunday 12th 3:00-4:30 King        August 1st  1999-July 31st  2000
u-13 players should tryout for the u-14 team  Sunday 12th  3:00-4:30 King        August 1st 1998-July 31st  1999
 
All  ACCYSL are forming teams to begin in spring, they will compete in spring at their current soccer age level and these lables refer to their soccer ages for the fall teams,
